The sales focused environment at Oracle and Adobe has been a great place to hone my commercial skills and taught me a tremendous amount about how to sell the enterprise solutions I delivered at Autonomy

I completed my tenure at Autonomy as the Professional Services Director in charge of BPM and Enterprise Content and Capture for EMEA. Autonomy taught me the value of focus and that there is no substitute for deep technical understanding to achieving success

Reporting directly to the head of global services I owned BPM, Enterprise Capture, and EDRMS for EMEA professional services. I was responsible for the regional services number and growth as well as team management

As a Systems Engineer I was worked with internal stakeholders and customers to provide technical solutions to business problems with Microsoft visual studio and database technologies

- Created the micro biological database system for recording and analysis of results from testing at the 7 UK factories
- Designed the replacement of the ageing Visual FoxPro customer complaints system with an ASP and SQL Server alternative
